Martin Luther King III, Arndrea Waters King and their daughter Yolanda Renee King have taken the helm of the Drum Majors for Change to carry the work of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. into the 21st century, democratize that legacy, and create the beloved community through education, direct action and engagement, inspiration, collaboration, partnerships and dialogue.

Today, helmed by Martin Luther King III, Arndrea Waters King and their daughter Yolanda Renee King, the organization leads through collaboration by convening leaders and organizations to identify common-sense solutions to our most pressing social problems.
With Drum Majors For Change, the teachings of Dr. King continue through strategic partnerships, grassroots activation, and initiatives. With so much at stake, from civil rights to democracy itself, advancing justice has never been more important.
